I'd be very interested to know this too as I have been watching a few of these units on Ebay. Looks like its all playing from a hard drive through some sort of interface. Very interesting indeed.

nice one bit of a hard web site to get around as theres so many different versions of the mfd just woundering how it plugs in and that ?? will look into it a bit more

Or just get a Car PC :-) get them for about 400ish
