Hey guys,

I just got a Skoda Octavia vRS, but i've been having some problems

1> The CEL light is on

2> The car stalls randomly, happens when i'm idling, ripping, driving sedately

3> Mileage drops drastically when the car is idling

4> The car stalls only when i have less than half a tank of petrol.

5> there is a slight hissing sound from the engine bay when the turbo kicks in

My tuner says that there is an O2 sensor problem which he is going to change, but why does this happen only when i'm low on petrol.

He cleaned the O2 sensor and reset the fault code, but the CEL came back on only when i was driving is start - stop bumper to bumper traffic at a top speed of 10 Meters per minute

Could it be a clogged fuel filter / fuel pump?

Why does my mileage drop so drastically when i idle? This happens when with and without the AC running.

Sorry about that.. just realised after i posted that it was in the wrong section.

i don't know what the fault codes are.. i got an OBD 2 ELM 327 bluetooth dongle at home.

im going to link it up to my car & PC and see if i can get the info
