Experiencing problems with drivers door central locking and dashboard indicator staying on, interior light problems etc. Seemed a common enough problem so routed through the posts and ended up replacing the micro switch on the drivers door lock. Solved the dash and interior light problem but central locking still an issue. I'm suspecting the loom in the door or where it flexes through the rubber tube but cannot see any obvious visual giveaways, the symptoms are:

r/h/s front door only locks on key (other three lock on fob);

The l/h/s mirror adjusts regardless of position of knob;

rear window lock on the convenience console doesn't have any effect;

Front window controls on the convenience console do not operate as they should.

Anybody come across this before? Anywhere I should be looking specifically

PS, all electrical connectors are beautifully clean and dry

First of all, the mirrors are designed to work like that - there is nothing wrong.

The windows/central locking problem could be a wiring problem - check the the Red/Yellow and Red/Brown wires. It could also be corrosion at the connector to the window motor or the control box attached to the windows motor (part of the motor - not available separately).
