no they arent, they are non genuine sports recliners by the look of it, fitted to genuine vag bases (thats a vag base part number, see below)

are the ordinary se version seats from bora will fit skoda octavia mk1?

Bora front seats will fit straight in, but not sure the rears will. Bora Sport seats are much nicer than the SE though.

to be honest any vag seat is better than the skoda offerings, the bora/golf ones are the most available and make most sense due to price/options

i love the matirial on se version i hade se verion golf i dont like sport seats .is it possible to check or somewhere to find out about te back eats .i have found very cheap hole set

they do fit, i had audi s3 seats, another mate of mine has mk4 golf rears, and have seen leon/toledo seats too.

the only difference is sometimes there is slightly more panel on show down the rear seat door aperture area due to the slight variation in the seats/rear door area.

Nothing to be concerned about however.

Also some seats only have a lap belt on the middle rear seat

i think most of the stock stuff has 3, the sports s3 does only have a lap belt (think the r32 does also), havent seen lap belts on any others though

Golfs and boras with the centre armrest are the common ones that I see for sale quite often on ebay they have a lap belt. Think any model with the armrest has them, could be wrong tho
