coilover problems

Featured Replies

hi every 1 heres my drama iv bought a coilover kit and want to firstly know do i need to change the tie rod between the anti roll bar and the shocker?

And secondly the rear wish bone is box shape and if i put the adjuster for the spring at the bottom it will seat in side the wish bone and when put back together it cant be adjusted. So does it sit at the top?

thanks for ant help.

Hi I would recommend that you change them as I had to a week after fitting the coilovers. Yeah that cup is a pain in the ass. Don't know what others have done but I would have put abit of sealer on the base to stop it spinning when adjusting. I put about 10mm gap for a nice ride. I had it all on the bottom adjustment which was great until you came to a speed bump.

The rear adjuster sits at the top. It's still a major pain to adjust.
