I have just traded in my tired out old 55 plate 1.9 pd estate for a nice new shiny 61 plate 1.6cr se, and I gotta say i'm mighty impressed so far... I was just wondering if there??? are many tweaks possible via VCDS ? I ask because the display in centre of my dash doesn't look as busy as the maxidot in my old elegance... Also, is there much point in a remap on a 1.6cr ?

Regarding a remap, if it's performance you're after then the 1.6 cr isn't the best starting point so you may have been better with a different car. If it's to get better economy then a remap may give you this but would probably take a while for you to recoup your investment. Given it's a relatively new car I would be inclined to leave well alone and just enjoy it as it is.
