shakes - rattles - misses

Hi,

I have a 07 octy 1.9pd which has recently started to rattle somewhere around the inlet manifold, the rattle only comes on when revs reach 2000 then the inlet pipe to the EGR starts to vibrate . It still drives but becomes very lumpy on tick over and when accelerating seems to miss a beat every couple of seconds . I tried to research it but got stuck between the EGR VALVE , THROTTLE BODY , or EGR COOLER , No management lights on yet ,its booked in for computer check next tuesday any ideas where to start would be most welcome,
