Handbrake sleeve

Hi had my Vrs in for its mot today.

It failed on 2 counts.

1- nearside cv gaitor- easier enough.

2 hand brake cover/sleeve loose.

The hand brake cover is loose and can be pulled off the handbrake.

Where on earth do i get a new one the ones on ebay are just the end cover.

Mine has a plastic end which goes into the center consol.

Any ideas.
