W8/Superb interior light cat-vision tutorial for sunroof models

Just something for future searches for others, as my tutorial thread was more a question to start off with before I worked it all out and THEN wrote it up. This way it's just easier to find if others need it.

The only addition i've worked out since is that if you have the parts, on both types the switches and facia can be popped out and replaced, thus potentially avoiding a need to spray them if you want a black unit to match the vRS roof lining and also ALL the LEDs can be replaced quite easily to a colour of choice if you wish either another downlight colour from red OR you have a unit out of a VW car and wish to change the button lights to Skoda green to get them to match the rest of the interior.
