ABS connectors

Hi all

Silly question...what's the best way to disconnect the abs connector? Changing the front wheel bearing but managed to snap the abs connector so got the replacement part for it.

A notch latches on one face so I was wondering if I just pry it out with a screwdriver. Just wondering if there was an easier way. Trying to do it without deforming the cable half of the connector as much as possible

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. That went well and it came to my place this last weekend. Early 2012, 1.2 TSI, 5sp manual, 158k miles on the clock. This is it, just after being washed. Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

I have had an ongoing problem for 2 years with my 2018 Kodiaq .2.0l TSI battery losing charge over a few days and the battery charging randomly at different charge rates. To date I have had: 2 replacement batteries (at my cost) then under Extended Warranty (now expired) 1 replacement negative battery lead (with sensor) 1 replacement alternator Symptoms (monitored with Ancel Battery Manager device and multimeter) Battery discharges in a few hours from 100% SoC /12.8v to around 65% then conti
