Great price for this, someone will get a WELL specced bargain here. A 59plate Golf GTi would be about 15-16K in this kind of spec level, the Octavia must be bargain of the century.

Good luck with the sale. If I was going to change mine this is the exact spec I'd go for and just drop my Columbus in.
