Fabia Scout Daylight Running Lights

Hello

I am after some advice on the Fabia Scout and daylight running lights. I have had a search on the internet and can find any pictures or info about them.

The Scout comes fitted as standard with fog lights. I believe they go where the fog lights are fitted so if you pay the extra and have them fitted do they remove the fog lights and replace them with DRL or is it a new fog light with a led ring around the fog light. Just interested as they are an optional extra for £100
