New Octavia ICE software problem

My new Octavia has a single slot CD in the front and a 6 disc single DIN changer in the boot. I can listen to one of the 6 discs in the changer no problem. Trouble is that 7 times out of 10, when I return to the car (overnight perhaps), it will revert to the single disc loaded in the head unit. It doesn't return to the last track/disc in the boot. On occasion if I'm listening to the disc in the head unit, it reverts to radio on the next ignition on cycle.

Anyone else experienced this?
