Anti roll bar front and rear sizes?

Featured Replies

I'm looking into changing the drop links and anti roll bar bushes on my car as the handling is not quite what it used to be. I have just ordered the front and rear drop links from Redline on eBay but I have no idea what size anti roll bar bushes my car needs. I've been looking at Powerflex bushes but what are people's thoughts on these, is it worth the extra money? My car is a 2005/55 2.0 tdi Octavia Sport if anyone could assist me here I'd be would very greatful, cheers.

Matt.

I fitted powerflex to my old mk1 because they were very bangy and rattly after a vigorous drive through France. The local classic car club place in the village got me some tomorrow, so less effort than going on line or driving to Leicester. They worked fine until I swopped out the car. Can't say I noticed the difference though.

The mk1's had a couple of different styles, one ribbed for extra something, the other plain, other than that I think they were all the same.

The mk2's may be different of course, but there should be info on the net somewhere. I think the powerflex site had a diagram - perhaps it lists part numbers for different models.

Could you link to the droplinks you have bought, mine need changing but not sure where to start.
