Hi guys, I'm driving my 54 plate Skoda Fabia to Mongolia with 3 friends this summer as part of the Mongol Rally and decided we'd be needing some tunes to keep us going so have fitted a AUX kit.

I made a post in one of the technical guides sections where 'Stormchaser' suggested I post some of the pictures of the finished product over here as well

I took one of the panels from above the stereo and stuck a 3.5mm Jack Coupler in there to make a plug to plug an mp3 player into, it looks a lot neater than it does in the pictures as the flash really showed up the glue I used.

great idea, where did you buy the connects2 box from? and can you still use the cd player? does the adaptor sit idle until you plug in an mp3 player?

I bought the Connects2 CTVSKX001 AUX interface from EBay (you can find that if you search online, I pmed you an EBay search for the item.)

If you use this AUX kit you can't use a CD changer but I think the standard CD player still works, I will check and get back to you.
