Been looking at a few cars recently and considering other manufacturers. Anybody bought, driven or have experiences they'd like to share re the 128 bhp diesel i30 or the Polo GT (ACT) 1.4TSi. Both look decent cars and appear to have excellent running costs.

Should I consider any others - small hatchback type?

Corsa 1.7 CDTi ecoflex SRi perhaps? 130 brake, looks quite tidy. 62 mpg on the combined cycle.

Polo GT Blue looks a great little car.
