Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I recently changed my injector seals and seats I cleaned them all up and refitted the new ones and put some thread lock on them when put the new ones back in . All has been fine for a few weeks and now they have started leaking again.Does any one have a cause or reason this could be happening thanks for any info lee

Leaking from where the manifold to plastic rings or plastic rings to injectors

Not to sure there's a puddle sitting on the seats between the manifold.

so I would guess it was the seats as its only got run marks down one side would post picture but on my phone and im am not very good with pc :( thanks lee

I had my fuel rail out when i did my manifold swop and didn't replace any seals just cleaned them up and sprayed them with grease before i refit them so they didn't snag when pushed back into place,

I covered them in oil before I refitted them an after double checking it defo leaking from the manifold to the plastic seats .although I will take fuel rail of and check the seals to make sure
