Does anybody know if they are H4 or H7 ?

 

In the manual there is no mention of H4 bulbs, only H7 H8 & H15 so at a guess probably H7. Still waiting for my car so no doubt someone whose driving one will confirm.

DRL, side light and Main beam bulb is a H15 bulb. Twin filament bulb. I don't know what the dip beam bulb is. Sorry. Hope that helps.

Dip is H7.

 

cant work out how to change them though

Just had a look at that when I picked mine up today - it looks remarkably straightforward.

 

There is a twist-lock plastic disk behind each bulb in the headlamp. Twist this off (and there's actually room to get your hand in there on the 1.6CR at least) and you can get to the bulb which has wire clips holding it in.

 

A look at some of the after market H7s may be in order now :-)

Just for info, the H15 bulb is an automatic connecting type bulb, just twist it to remove it, no electrical connectors to undo. Not that i have taken mine out with curiosity   .
