Afternoon all

 

Remeber a few years ago Prolfe made and sold some felt door inserts of which i bought a set, now ive just found them in a drawer in the shed!!...I had a look at putting them into the car but was totally confused about how they fit!!...Not difficult for me really!! Has anyone put them in a FL Octy RS or does anyone know of a "how to" guide? Prolfe doesnt seem to be active on here anymore so cant ask him.

I did buy some and I did install them.

What I can't remember is "how" they were installed.

The front ones were pretty obvious from what I remember, just slot in. For the rears there was a "folding into a half cone shape" from what I remember.

But oh so difficult to remember and describe :(

Thanks for the reply Its the fronts that are confusing me!!...no matter which way i bend and fold it it looks like it wont fit!!! Im sure Prolfe put a mini "how to" guide up when he was doing it but i'll be dammned if i can find it!...and lets be honest the search function on here has a mind of its own!!

Thanks CmB just found that myself right now, still cant see how you bend and fold it to get it to fit!!! Just hope he has sent the rights ones!!!

Take a picture of all the bits you've got - I'll engage the old brain and see if it reminds me of how things went together.

I'll get the camera out when i get home and see what i can do.
