I've got 4 tyres that I have just taken off some mk 2 vrs wheels.  I don't need them as my scout runs much bigger tyres.

They are 225-45-17, budget tyres but with plenty of tread, and I didn't notice any punctures repairs...

 

2x BCT with approx 6.4mm left (these have a great looking tread pattern too)

2x Suntek with approx 5.1mm left
