As a lot of you know I'm rebuilding my turbo set up within the next 2 weeks. Our mechanic at work took everything apart which is all in my boot. Due to changing jobs iv had to have the car towed home but I would like to give the work a go myself! Turbo/downpipe/hoses I'm ok with.

Things I'm worried about is the 2 lamba sensors on downpipe I know talking to mark that if you get them wrong way round your in the **** so any advice on which way around they go please?

Also does anyone have and diagrams for vacuum hosing as to what goes where and oil/water feeds?

If it starts to get too much (as I'm no mechanic) I will take it to garage but I like giving stuff a go and getting the satisfaction of knowing iv done it myself. :-)

If your lambdas are still connected to the exhaust label one and wrap a coin bag round it so you know where it goes!

If there loose under the car,build the car as normal connecting the two lambdas where you think they go,then once the car starts check the fuelling on vcds,if there the wrong way round the fuel trims will be way off at idle (and at higher revs) which is where it's easiest to show!

Swap em round and hey presto!

Not sure if I'm that brave ha. They are both unplugged and still In the downpipe in the boot so they are in the right holes just dunno where they plug in

They plug into a black box (same size as a big mac box,yummy) under the drivers footwell on the outside of the car!

If the wires are out plug them in (where you think they go) and check fuelling on vcds and if its way out swap them over and check fuelling again!

Stripping the car starting from Sunday so see interest on parts will post a full for sale this evening!
