Front brake pad sensor loom details needed

I have tried Googling this but can't seem to get an answer.

I changed by front disks and pads today and being a ham-fisted muppet, I busted the sensor plug that the front pad sensor wire connects to (look side). The wires are still connected but the bit that sits in the hub lug has separated. For now I have put a load of instant gaskit around to prevent water getting in to the bare wires.

So, does any one know the part number of the loom, and likely cost? Even better, does anyone have one laying around?

My car is a 2007 Octavia TDI 2.0 DSG (Estate).
