Hi guys,

I have a 2008 Fabia, at the minute it has the standard headlights in with the chrome housing but i was wondering if the monte carlo ones would fit? the ones with the black housing?

 

any advice would be great!

Sorry Carl, i believe this is not possible due to the facelift on models around 2010.

 

Hope for your sake others come on and say I'm wrong but I'm fairly sure I've seen this asked before.

ah, would changing the front bumper help? Cause im more than happy to do that, much prefer the 2010 onwards front bumper.

You would need to change the bonnet and grill aswell...not sure about oanything needing changed aswell

Come to think of it has anyone actualy done a facelift conersion?

If its just to get projector headlamps mate you can get prefacelift ones. My 08 sport has projector headlamps as standard

If thats your car on the pic, it looks like you already have projectors?

I expect the wiring on the monte lamp is different due to the shutter system they use?

Yeah they are but I wanted the ones with black housing

I see. They do look cool . Might not be worth the hassle though?

Yeah thinking that to be honest, seen some aftermarket ones that have black housing so I think I'll order them instead
