I know thus has probably been covered but am on phone Internet so not the easiest to search basically have just bought a b12 kit but the springs are not suitable would h&r 45/50 mm springs be suitable to give me a drop of 35 mm on a vrs or would eibach pros be the best bet altho only lowering a small amount

The Bilstein B8 dampers will be fine with H&R springs.
