Hi guys,

I'm an owner of a skoda fabia 1.4 8v. I believe it is 68bhp as standard (correct me if I'm wrong).

Can anyone please tell me how I can improve it performance wise?

Any advice and help would be great!

This might sound dead boring, but unless all you're after more overtaking pace, the first stop should be the "Racing and Advanced Driving Techniques" subforum, since the cheapest way to go faster is to use the brakes less.

There's not a great deal you can do for a big power increase for cheap.. an induction kit might give you a few extra horses but other than that it starts getting expensive.. I had a 1.4 mpi, and the best upgrade by far was to save my money and buy a vRS.. As Ken says, use the brakes less, I found this the only way to get around the lack of acceleration :P
