Pretty sure it's been covered before, but I've just turned ignition on and the battery light has stayed on, not sure if it was like it before, can't remember if it's meant to be like it?

first and cheapest things first, check your alternator load sensor wire, then get the battery tested.

Yeah as soon as the car has started it goes out

in that case, don't panic, battery's fine. No problem

 

I know my battery is good and this is the display when the ignition is on Position 1. After turning over the battery light goes out after one or two seconds. This is normal.

Alright thanks lee so there's nothing wrong with it? That's normal, no wires broken on the load sensor?
