Just being curious as too how much my cars going to weigh for future reference as my plan this year is too shed a few KG's off it. I know the kerb weight is like 1320 or something like that, got the rear seats out, spare wheel, jack and things and also got a set of speedline turinis on which were quite a lot lighter than the standard wheels I took off. Would like to think I've made it under 1300 to be honest ! Want some nice light buckets and maybe some carbon parts

I wouldn't expect the kerbweight to be exactly accurate.

My Yeti with a full tank and an 85kg driver was 65kg over the Skoda Kerbweight.

 

If someone wants to weigh one in Essex I'm happy to get my corner scales out...

Isn't the office kerb weight figure taken with half a tank of fuel?

I thought it was a full tank and a 75kg driver allowance.

I think the service in mass weight includes; a 75 kg driver and a 90% full fuel tank.

I've had mine on a weighbridge with a full tank and two of us in it and I'm pretty sure it was somewhere just over 1400kg so reasonably heavy

A full tank and two people must be close to 200kg thow surely ? If I wasn't such a greedy man I'd take it to a weight bridge but I work every hour under the sun so it's not really possible
