Double DIN recommendations

Hey =]

picking up my fabia vrs next week, after a nice double din and wondering what people recommend?

would be nice to plug in a SD card and/or USB stick and be able to browse folders/albums with the headunit and album art would be cool

also would be nice to stream music via bluetooth - would be even better if I can browse the music collection via bluetooth using the headunit (so phone could technically stay in my pocket) - handsfree would work with this too.

What are we rocking? Can't see GPS being that useful that low down in the car (dangerous - i like to look at a gps while I use it) 

Bored of having an ugly auxiliary cable getting in the way sticking out the front of the unit =]
