Which single din conversion parts to use?

It's probably been covered a few times, but can't see it on a search. ..

I have the Stream MP3 unit in my Octavia 2 but want to use my Single Din pioner unit instead for USB and Pre-Outs.

I've seen theres a geniune Skoda kit for around £80, but I can't justify spending it on replacing something that currently works!

Has anyone used any aftermarket parts that look ok when in place? I guess ts just a converter plate with cubby and a quad plug to ISO that would be needed?
