Lights on?

Is there the option of headlights coming on when I unlock my car? Hasnt bothered me until this year as street light has become rather poor recently.

Also anyone know of any sellers online that sell the electric window switch panel for the driverside with the chrome end bits on them? Seen one or two but they have been China I dont have a problem with that but its a bit of a bind when they dont work as they should and they have to go back.
