New Fabia vRS MK1 owner

After lurking here for a while (originally looking at a MK1 Octy Estate), I collected my MK1 Fabia VRS today.

Still getting used to it - intially I was a little underwhelmed, took it for a drive to get used to it but the Lakes on a Bank Holiday Sunday means slow coaches (and slow coaches), so didn't really get a chance to stretch it's legs apart from the odd burst.

Will be doing plenty of miles, so I'm sure I'll gel with it soon - been driving a Honda Jazz (my Mum's!) for the past nine months so need to recalibrate my brain...

Hi all, finally got around to getting some new shoes ordered for the girl. I'm getting a set of Hankook Ventus Evo K137 235/45 ZR18 98Y XL put onto the Pegasus alloys. I was considering changing out the locking wheel nut for just a regular nut? Which then prompted the second question, I picked up a set of Alcar 9021 17inch Steelies for Winter Tyres, do I need to run seperate nuts due to the alloy v steel nature? I was looking on autodoc to try and order some nuts as I didn't know how often they

I'm after the "MHI2_ER_SKG13_P4526" firmware. mibsolution.one has been down for who knows how long and I've just discovered I can update firmware myself. Current version is from 2017 - MHI2_ER_SKG13_P3643 - keen to see what the difference is.

Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi

I really don't understand skoda in terms of rear lights. Why make diferent version of light at the back. My kodiaq is the selection version and came with a black trim in the trunk (instead of the tailight trim) , i dont mind but the thing that bugs me is the trunk left and right stop that don't light up .I know this is not a kodiaq only thing, the superb is on the same page. The thing that i would like to ask is if they have leds in them or not, and if it is a thing that cold be activated via o

My 2021 Skoda Superb iV estate has thrown up a woanring light and a message 'front assist failure'. As a result the ACC is not working. I have checked and cleaned the areas where I think the sensor lives but it has not helped. It did the same thing a year or so ago and after a few weeks it all started working again. Also the SOS light comes on sometimes. What can I do?
