Skoda Wheels

I am thinking of buying a set of new 15" alloy wheels for my 4x4 Diesel Estate to put summer tyres on.  A local wheel repair workshop advised that many after-market alloy wheels were poor quality, and that they saw many fairly new ones which were so cracked, broken or distorted that they were not repairable.  They suggested that OEM wheels were much better quality.

I can get TUV approved alloy wheels, fitted with good-quality tyres (Dunlop, Goodyear etc.) for just over £110 a corner from My Tyres.

I visited a Skoda dealer today and checked the cost of a 15" Skoda alloy wheel (bare rim - no tyre).  £191.34 EACH.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!
