Was about to install some upgraded speakers into the rear quarters on my mk1 fabia vRS. I have already done the fronts using wiring conversion harnesses and golf mk4(?) adaptor rings.

But the rears have different plugs.

Which wire is for what? I'm assuming I need to cut the block off and solder a spade connector on to fit the new speaker now. But which wire?

I thought it was going to be the same as the fronts so I had bought two pair of wiring harnesses but it seems not to be the case.
