All is not lost

Dropped car off at the dealers today, confirmed with Kenwood the DAB is shot, keeps going very low volume & scratchy sound, only 11 months old.

Result:

Brand new unit on order, courtesy of the manufactures warranty!

Thought it might get taken out and sent off for repair.

That's a good result.
