Turbo oil feed line prep

Just finished fitting a new turbo onto the Octi (Turbo Technics S212) Which is oiled up.

But I fitted a new braided oil feed line which, doesn't have oil in it and was told I need to turn the engine over to feed it oil and make sure it flows.

Which fuses do I need to remove so the engine turns, but wont fire? 

I'm only guessing F33 (Fuel pump, Fuel level sender) And 27 (Fuel pump relay)

If anyone could confirm or let me know the right way to do so, be much appreciated!  :coffee:
