Feeler: Skoda Fabia VRS 270BHP+ / 370ft/lbs+

Featured Replies

Well Im wanting to buy something else but this motor just keeps on going never missing a beat. I cant afford to run two cars at the same time nor can I sorn it due to having no off road parking :(

Mechanically the car is sound. Body work could be better, the car is 10 years old, and it is due to get a detail at the end of the month from a fellow briskoda member.

I really dont want to sell it but in order to move on I need to really.

The list of mods on the car is as follows:

Weitec Coilovers
15mm front spacers
20mm rear spacers
16inch Skoda Octavia alloys
312mm Skoda Octavia front brakes
256mm Skoda Octavia rear brakes
Jabba Rear anti roll bar
Front upper strut brace
Custom 2.5” Turbo back exhaust
Seat Cupra Splitter

Wind Deflectors

Devonutopia bonnet lifter
Jetex Cone filter

Octavia VRS front and rear seats
Skoda Superb W8 interior light
Aftermarket stereo – Kenwood
xenon
depo headlights

Boost Guage

Polybushed front end (super pro)
Polybushed Dog Mount (super pro)

Custom FMIC & Pipe Work
Helix Performance SMF Clutch Kit
GTB2260vk turbo
80% Firad injectors

PD150 headbolts

A few points to mention.

  • Basically the car is set up ready to either fit a LSD and would become a real track weapon or leave as, replace the dogmount with a standard one, and use as a very quick road car.
  • Really don't want to split the car up and would love it to go to a fellow briskoda member where I can follow its progress.
  • Mileage 108k (rising as used daily)
  • MOT till June 2015
  • Cam belt and water pump done at 75k
  • Car would come with 2 sets of alloys, summer and winter set.
  • Ideally needs rear discs and pads but will be getting done in the near future.
  • Still returns over 60mpg on a motorway run.
  • AC works and cab gets very cold, recirculation is intermittent.
  • Exhaust has a removable back box flanged at each end to put a straight pipe in (also included) if you fancy even more noise.
  • As mentioned above, car does have a few marks and stone chips due to its age, but still scubs up well :)
  • I have listed as 270bhp and 377ftlbs, the car pulls more than these figures but due to dyno lottery I feel it fair to list on the conservative side. I have print outs if required.

Offers of around 5.5k and I could justify the sale.

I wont be splitting so please dont ask for parts. Yes I know its more valuable in parts so no need to point that out either lol.

So there we go, thought this day would never come. I love this motor but am wanting a quick but comfortable car. This is a little toooo hardcore for day to day driving but extremely fun :D

All she requires is another loving owner.

Shame, nice car Joel.

Good luck with the sale.

LSD and this would be a real weapon.

What do you fancy upgrading to?

What I would do for this turbo setup on my car!! Sounds amazing!

Blimey, that was quick.

Mind you, the cost of building a Fabia to your spec means it isn't exactly a surprise.

:) See you sunday be Fabia for the misses and yours will be for me :D
