fault codes, any ideas

Evening

Once again asking the lovely people of this forum for a little advice. Car is idling a little rough and for the past 2 days has revved slowly of its own accord up to 1500 and slowly dropped back down. May even have been running a little rough at lowish revs, but barely noticeably. Seems well behaved enough under acceleration.

Scanned today, report below.

My clumsy googling suggests either pcv, and/or a leak in the intake system somewhere. Any other ideas?

Gar will be dropped in to a garage as soon as practical, should I insist any parts are replaced first?

Assuming the garage agree I was looking at pcv & fuel filter to start.
