So i really want to swap original steering wheel with the multifunctional one. Has anyone done it before? If i get the multifunctional wheel without the airbag, does the original wheel airbag fit with mf wheel?

 

 

It will need rewiering, and IMHO its a lot of job to get multifuncional steering wheel, also you will need new control unit.

So, better think of new mod.

Don't bother - the wheel isn't great.  I don't like the quality of the leather, and the buttons have a horrible clicky membrane feel, only a bit better than a Sinclair ZX81 keyboard.  Not really good enough for the car.
