RATTLES 'N' CURES

Featured Replies

Has anyone made a sticky of the rattles and cures on the fabia2 as the glove box on the monte rattles soooooo much :( there's one in the back seat somewhere now, so hopefully someone has fixed some of the generic rattles in the fabia :)

I also have a creak/rattle from the rear seats of my VRS.

Asked the dealer to check it out, but they couldn't find a solution.

Not too bad, just a little bit irritating.

Would be interested if anyone does know the cause/remedy.

I had a squeak from the front passenger seat that skoda sorted out yesterday for me

I removed the rear seats totally,

& the rear cover for the Spare wheel (the floor), and put an extra full size spare in. (so a pair)

All the tools are well wrapped and fastened in.

All the other junk is out of the car, front glove box etc.

It still rattles like a bag of nails when on Pirelli Zero Neros.

So, Winter 16" wheel/tyres on for tonight temperature drop,

and i will see if it loves me and is a bit less rattly later on.
