Need help replacing the fuel filler door

Hi Guys, new to the site so hope I have posted in the correct place.

I have had my octavia since new for 4 years now.   It has been a great car so far but I did something really stupid.   I broke of the fuel filler door and now the diesel cap is exposed and looks terrible.    I tried to see how to remove what is left of the hinge arm but could not see anway of removing this.    My question is how do you replace the fuel filler door and if so does anyone have any pictures or diagrams as how to go about doing this.

I have been quoted £200 to replace the part including painting.    I think this is a bit much so would like to try to replace this myself.   Anyone got any help on this matter as would be much appreciated.
