The bottom is easy to fix with the existing bumper screws. On the top you have to use some imagination or drill some screws through it (not the smoothest way, but the easiest). I think that when they designed that diffusor, they weren't paying attention enough for the fitment... :dull:

So these rear diffusers fit both mk2 pre fl and mk2 fl?

That looks so sweet...... I did wonder if I could use existing screws at bottom of the bumper hard to line up when your holding it...so guess you screwed yours at top of diffuser??was thinking tiger seal the bugger on

I don't know what tiger seal is? If its some kind of glue, you have to use it alot because the only part in the top of the splitter that touches the bumper is the 1 mm narrow part that turns inward and it is not enough to hold it on place. So you have to put the glue just above those fins and there is a one centimeter gap to the bumper...

Yeah tiger seal is a body panel glue/sealant I don't know really why they designed it like that really as didn't think how to fix it to bumper at top of diffuser.... can you get a close up of the trim fitted so I can see where you drilled for your screws??

Does the thin 1mm bit of plastic touch bumper ok

Basically i did the top part fastening with glueing some nuts behind the fins and drilled holes on the bumper and bolted the diffuser on. It's a bit tricky to get the holes and the nuts aligned properly and you have to get the bumper off from the car in order to do it like that. You need to reserve a day for it because it's not the easiest thing to get the bumper off because you have to tear the interior of the boot to pieces...

Easiest option is to get small black screws and drill them just on the side of the fins so they are a little bit hidden there and not visible on the first sight...
