Depends on the model I think. Comfort and Elegance Superbs come with steering wheel controls as standard for their Symphony head units, so must have a connection for them. The problem is it will probably be VAG standard so finding controls that actually work it may be difficult.

I think Lummox commented on this in a similar thread recently. I think the replacement steering wheel is difficult to connect up and it's very difficult to fit in the control unit below the dash. That is of course if you can get a wheel with audio controls on it and the necessary gubbins at a decent price.
