Mobile presets on my 2 phones have disappeared yesterday.

Very strange.

Reset them and they are still here.... For now.

Anyone else suffered a case of the disappearing presets?!

All presets or just the phones?

Just the phone(s) preset. Radio remained fine. Only happened once.

Had this once. Disconnected bluetooth and then reconnected and all fine

I'll try that next time. I did switch phones on the BT but that didn't work. Assume you mean unprogramme the phone then re sync it up again?

Not un programme. Just turn the bluetooth off on the phone. Leave a few mins and turn it back on

It's returned and switching off and on didn't work! Really annoying! This time both phones have lost their shortcuts!

Case of the disappearing mobile presets returned. Skoda UK and the local stealer being right gits. Not happy!!
