hi peeps do any1 no if you can put a big port head on a auq block i have a auq block and wanting build a engine forge rods n so on, prob ko4 turbo so want the best out of it, ready for when i buy a 4x4 octavia 1.8t then swap engines

Yes you can, but not a good mod for a small frame turbo

 

The larger intake port size means higher boost threshold

would you say a ko4 turbo be ok for this?

Nope only need large port once your above the 400bhp range

well ive got a auq engine so i can just rebuild that for a ko4 turbo build and not bother with wide port head as im only wanting to aim for 300 to 350 bhp
