As per the title, I bought this strut brace off ebay with the intention of fitting it to my Fabia. I have rubbed down the original red paint which was a bit flaky and re-sprayed it satin black with Simonz Tough Black. It's come up Ok but obviously not quite a powder coat finish.

Can't see I'm going to fit it any time soon so need the money more.

Looking for £50 which is what I paid.

Sadly not. I have no idea how much postage would be, its not that heavy but its the size that would be a problem I would think.

I appreciate you are keen to get it and see it is quite some distance for you to travel but that said it doesn't help me to recoup the money I paid out (there is paint and wet and dry that I am out of pocket for to). I may investigate how much it would cost to post before I commit to losing 20% of the asking price.

Think unlikely Jabo, the fitting at the top of the suspension is different on the Mk2 to the Mk1 so it will at least need modifying to be made to fit.

Nope, it won't fit the MK2 vRS. It does fit my 2008/08 Roomster Scout, and I suspect it'll fit a Mk2 fabia with PD engine, but the block appears to sit further back in the vRS and fouls the brace, or could be the shape of the engine I suppose.
