rocker cover baffle plate

Featured Replies

I have just dropped a 1.8t rocker cover off for powder coating and the guy said he would cover the baffle plate in silicone to stop anything getting in but they wont guarantee it.

my question is

if I remove the baffle plate how can I refit it or can I run without it as I will be running a occ.

any help is appreciated.

I had my rocker cover powder coated and they said to me about the shot blast residue in there.

All I did was got it back give it a shake out with soapy water, rinsed and air dried.

All was fine afterwards
