Hi guys,

My wife's car had the engine management light come on so I had car checked at local garage it's the motor on the swirl flaps on the intake manifold been quoted 520 to have it fixed any advice appreciated. Also having the rear pads done tomorrow was going to go with the pagid from Euro car parts to we get any further discount as a member of the forum. Also does anyone know of anywhere I can buy the intake manifold other then the main stealers. Thanks in advance guys. The engine management light is intermittent sometimes off sometimes on. No difference in performance. Car is 2010 Octavia tdi vrs discs look good. Any advice on Labour cost for rear pads too cheers

Buy a motor off ebay or if your lucky like me I just reset the motor with correct diagnostics

I got my flap motor reset by benfield skoda at newcastle it cost 60plus vat hope that helps matey
