Well as per the title, Superb and Roomster ordering ceases today - last orders to be in BEFORE 6 PM.

 

There COULD be a possibility of this window opening back up (only my thoughts though), as has happened before BUT if there is anyone mulling things over I'd personally act now to save disappointment 

 

Remember this is only for new, bespoke to you orders. Cars will remain in 'free' stock, so if you're flexible with colours, options etc cars will remain available for the foreseeable future.

Ooo! So as of 6pm tonight my MkII Superb will officially become a 'classic'?

 

No doubt most of you will say "with an arse like that it couldn't come soon enough" 

 

So when do we get some concrete news about the new Roomster?

Check Autocar, they seem to know quicker than what the internal system seems to

Pokemon cards aside Chris, in short, no. At a guess (?)...... July/August, but that's a complete guess.

My parents were tempted by a brand spankin roomster when they went lookin the other week

I told them there must be a new model coming, as the fabia 3 is about and the roomster wont keep using the mk2 fabias front end for much longer.

It can be 'as broad as it is long'; but then that is the case with buying anything, as soon as you've bought something 'new' it's old!!

 

If someone is on a budget (loosely speaking) then the £9,995 Roomy fits the bill perfectly, even if you want to change every 3 years, the depreciation won't be as great as that on a new/er model as it's 'only' 10 grand to start with.

 

When the new Roomster is released, if it will even be a Roomster the price, as we all know will increase, as it has done on the Octy and Fabia but that's par for the course.

 

There will still be cars out there for the foreseeable, just that to order something specific to your requirements is now, as it stands, not possible.
