Finding the right Navigation trim part 2010 VRS

Featured Replies

I have a 2010 Octavia with light tonal trim.

I have used Gordon Lamb Skoda in Derby and to say the parts department is poor is an understatement. First they ordered the Bolero surround (which has been replaced with a Nav unit) then today they gave me part 1ZO 858 069 DLD F1 which has a small cut out on the right side. I told them it was the incorrect part but the parts guy stood there and argued with me that it was correct, he even moaned it cost them £10 to return the first item, my response “whose fault was that?” I have come away with the trim to arm myself for round two.

Searching the forum it looks he has given me the part with used with a phone holder. Am I correct in saying I need 1ZO 858 069 DKD F1?

Needless to say after this I won’t be back.

Regards

Take a look at the Skoda Parts web site:

www.skodaparts.com

Search for navigation trim.

You should be able to see the exact one you need!

I have a 1Z0858069DKDF1 in my loft which I was keeping in case I decide to reupgrade to a Columbus, Amundsen or aftermarket Android unit. Its in perfect condition, used for 2 months before I reverted back to my bolero, pm me if your interested in it?
