electric seat memory problem

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I have a 2007 superb mk1 with v6 tdi 163bhp engine, elegance.

i bought the car with a problem with the electric seat memory. the seat is working fine manually, all of the buttons work and the seat is moving to all directions. when i press the memory button and hold it i hear the beep that supposably tells me that it saved the position, but when i move the seat and press the button nothing happens.

can some one help to solve this problem? thanks in advance...

Did you read the manual? There are some gotchas about the seat (the buttons only function some of the time for recall, as a safety feature, I think). Plus the red button de-activates memory function.
